Dip Law (S.A.B.) and Grad Dip Legal Practice (UTS)

As principal of Roberts Consulting Pty Ltd, Heath Roberts practiced as a commercial solicitor in Sydney during the early 1990’s. He later specialised in company secretarial practice, corporate advising and fundraising, with a particular focus on ASX listing and compliance issues. Heath has subsequently acted as company secretary to a range of listed and unlisted public as well as private companies.

Heath formerly consulted extensively to Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd and provided secretarial and corporate advisory services to a range of clients and retains an affiliation with the Group. Heath was previously an Executive Director of ASX listed WPG Resources Ltd.
