Robert Waring has over 40 years experience in financial accounting and company secretarial roles, principally in the resources industry. He is involved as Company Secretary of a number of public companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Robert has specialist skills in the preparation of company prospectuses, due diligence work and financial assessment of projects and companies. He has a keen interest in the equity markets.

Robert is a founding Executive Director of both Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd and of Spencer Hamilton Pty Ltd.
