Alice has been consulting with Oakhill Hamilton since 2008 working on most clients in the Company Secretarial area, with a specialisation in ASX reporting.

In recent years she has become the Company’s specialist consultant in Corporate Governance assessment and reporting for clients. In 2014-15 she completed the Certificate of Governance with the Governance Institute of Australia Ltd.
