Spencer Hamilton Pty Ltd

Until mid-2012, Spencer Hamilton was an investment company as well as the provider of corporate advisory services, most active in the resource sector. In early 2012, after almost eight years of successful investing, the decision was taken to liquidate its investments and return funds to shareholders. This came in response to the changing requirements of its investors.

In 2021 a series on new mining industry participants invested in the Company and it now has 24 shareholders. Hamiltongroup people and their associates form a significant number of the current investor base. In recent months Spencer Hamilton has carried out geological and geophysical research work on various regions in Eastern Australia and is now concentrating its efforts on two tenement areas, one in the Curnomona Province, 125km north of Broken Hill in western NSW, and the second in the Gundabooka area, which is 85km north of Cobar in Central NSW.
